(2) Either the original or scanned (300 pixels) version of any memorable photos taken during college days.Please include your passport size phot taken during 1972-77.

(3) Your family photo in colour (Maxi size)

(4) The Personal Information Form (which can be downloaded from this website) duly filled in all respect to Mr Gopalakrishnan.

(5) As many advertisements as possible ( minimumof 3) before 1st December, 2002 , together with the draft/cheque to Mr Gopalakrishnan. The form "Request for Advertisement" can also be downloaded from this website.

(6) Any anectode (toast) made during 'At Home' or 'Farewell' for inclusion in the souvenir - needless to say, only those publishable please!
